Session 4 - Mind Unraveled: Mental Health & Midlife

Mind Unraveled: Mental Health & Midlife is a candid, compassionate space where women come together to unpack anxiety, burnout, depression, and emotional overwhelm in this season of life. We’ll also name and normalize often-misunderstood experiences like ADHD, bipolar disorder, high-functioning autism, PTSD, and other mental health challenges that many women quietly carry—often masked by busyness, productivity, and “holding it all together.”

Together, we’ll explore what it truly means to care for your mind as fiercely as you’ve cared for everyone else—releasing stigma, especially around seeking help and taking medication, and embracing support as a form of strength, not weakness. This session invites honesty, reflection, and healing, so you can show up with more clarity, capacity, and compassion for yourself.

We will be joined by Dr. Brenda Pridgen, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW).

This is a private, women-only space—all ages welcome

This is a space for honest dialogue, shared wisdom, and support across generations. Whether you’re in the midst of the shift, approaching it, or reflecting back—your voice belongs here.
