Hottie Huddle: Pop-Up Coworking Session
We're popping up on Zoom for a weekday Hottie Huddle where you can bring whatever you're working on: your job, schoolwork, business, creative project, life admin, or that thing you've been procrastinating on for three damn weeks.
Session 12: Holy Shift: Life Beyond the Beliefs We Inherited
For many Black women, questioning long-held religious beliefs can feel both liberating and deeply lonely. Faith has shaped our families, identities, traditions, and communities, so asking hard questions can come with guilt, fear, judgment, or even grief.
Join us for an honest conversation with Mandisa Thomas, Founder and President of Black Nonbelievers.
Session 13: Hot Flashes & Hard Truths: The Menopause Conversation Women Deserve
Joining us for this powerful conversation is Dr. Myiesha Taylor, a board-certified physician (MD) and founder of Taylored Integrative Medicine, whose whole-person approach to women's health helps women navigate midlife with knowledge, confidence, and compassion.
Session 14: Pass the Sage, Sis: The Spiritual Stuff We Were Told Not to Touch
Crystals. Tarot. Ancestors. Manifestation. Moon water. Sage. Whew, chile... some of us grew up hearing we'd be headed straight to hell for even asking questions about this stuff.
But where did those beliefs come from?
Session 15: Boundaries, Burnout & The Holiday Survival Guide
The holidays can be beautiful—but they can also be exhausting, expensive, emotionally complicated, and full of expectations. For many women, the season comes with an unspoken job description.
Session 16: Alone, Not Lonely: Virtual Holiday Party
Listen, Sis... if your holiday plans involve pajamas, a cocktail, a quiet house, a solo adventure, or simply avoiding somebody's family drama—we've got you. 😂🎄
We're throwing a virtual holiday party, and everybody's invited.
Session 11: Hair Today, Gone Tomorrow
September in Alopecia Awareness Month
Hair loss can be about so much more than hair. For many Black women, our hair is deeply connected to identity, femininity, culture, confidence, and beauty. When that changes, it can bring grief, frustration, insecurity, and feelings that aren't always easy to talk about.
Session 10: Black Girl Joy Has No Age Limit: Whimsy, Wonder & Play in Midlife
Who says grown women can't play? This conversation is all about reclaiming joy, embracing whimsy, and giving ourselves permission to enjoy the things that make us happy.
Session 9 - High & Honest: Cannabis, Conversation & Community
Feel free to light up (if that's your thing), pour a glass of wine, sip tea, or simply show up as you are from the comfort of your favorite space. Whether you enjoy cannabis regularly, are cannabis-curious, or simply want to join the conversation, all are welcome.
Session 8: Pivot & Power: Reinventing Yourself in Real Time
You don’t need permission to change your life—you need clarity, courage, and community. This session is for the woman who knows something has to shift, even if she hasn’t figured out what yet.
Bass Reeves Gun Club: Ladies Day (SOLD OUT!)
Join certified firearms instructor Kia Glenn and members of the Bass Reeves Gun Club for a supportive, educational, and judgment-free experience designed for women of all skill levels. No firearm ownership is required to attend—firearms and ammunition will be provided for participants.
Session 7 - Love Out Loud: Identity, Acceptance & Supporting LGBTQ Community
For many Black women, midlife is a season of becoming—embracing who we are, who we love, and what authenticity looks like on our own terms. We'll also talk about what true allyship looks like within our families, friendships, and communities—and how we can better support and celebrate Black women in the LGBTQ community.
Session 6 - Pleasure, Play & Permission: Owning Your Sexual Exploration
This isn’t just about toys—it’s about giving yourself permission to explore your body without shame, secrecy, or apology. We’ll normalize curiosity, self-pleasure, pleasure after 40, and learning what feels good to you in this season of life.

Sundresses & Secrets is officially kicking off at Divinely Elegant Vines — and yes, it’s giving limited seating, grown & sexy, and absolutely not for everybody. Theme: “Good Girls Don't Talk About That”
Session 5 - Unmasking the Strong Black Woman: Mental Health, Midlife & Liberation
