Session 14: Pass the Sage, Sis: The Spiritual Stuff We Were Told Not to Touch

Crystals. Tarot. Ancestors. Manifestation. Moon water. Sage.

Whew, chile... some of us grew up hearing we'd be headed straight to hell for even asking questions about this stuff.

But where did those beliefs come from? What do these practices actually mean? And why are so many Black women exploring them as part of their healing, wellness, and spiritual journeys?

Join us for an honest, judgment-free conversation about the spiritual practices many of us were taught to fear, avoid, or never discuss out loud. We'll talk about faith, religious conditioning, ancestral traditions, intuition, energy work, cultural roots, and the freedom to ask questions without shame.

Whether you're church-rooted, spiritually curious, crystal-carrying, sage-burning, skeptical, or somewhere in between, you're welcome here.
